2. Shipping address and billing address
3. Contact person name, telephone number, fax number, email address, website
address (required for online shops)

First order

First order - min. 50 €uro (netto) plus post and packing.
You get 10 % discount with your first order.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment

Payment for new customers – first 3 orders must be paid before the order is dispatched from our warehouse. Payment for regular customers – within 14 days of invoice date.

Delivery

Your order is shipped securely. Each package is insured from our door to yours. Carriage will be charged at cost. We ship mainly with Standard, Air, or Express services of DHL. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any and all fees for shipping, insurance, tariffs, import duties, and customs processing.
We acknowledge every order by e-mail and will advise a delivery date and cost at that time.
Most items are available from stock and will be dispatched within 2-3 working days, longer at busy periods. We receive orders continuously that may reduces or eliminated stock at any given time, so it is best for you to plan ahead.
Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report and request that the shipping company return the merchandise. Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise yourself.
Lazell Historic can take no responsibility for delays caused during shipping, once the goods have left our warehouse.

4. Back Orders

Any item that is temp out of stock will be put on back order. These will be sent if cost effective and when available. If it is just one line, please reorder next time.
We will notify you before processing any back orders.

5. Returns and Guarantees

We guarantee our products and services. In the unlikely event of a defective products or dissatisfaction, simply return it within 14 days aftre receiving for a refund or credit on purchase prices of all items returned. No goods will be exchanged or credited after 14 days.
Please contact us before sending the return items and and we will issue a return authorization.
We do not pay for the cost for sending back the items. Products returned must be unused and in resale condition.
We do not accept claims for pilferage or damage during shipping.
Notice of non-delivery must be given within 14 days of invoice date.
All goods are the property Lazell Historic until full payment is received.

6. Customs

European Union Countries:
All goods supplied to European Union Countries do not need a customs declaration.

Other countries:
All international packages are accurately described, with costs, on the Customs Declaration Document. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
